Paradise Cove wedding venue has always been on my list of venues where I wished to work with one of my couples. Thanks to Tess & Brian, I was able to experience the venue in all colors, and happy to say that it was a very enjoyable experience that I would certainly recommend it to other couples.
Serving guests for more than 20 years, Paradise Cove is one of the largest and most respected luau shows in the Hawaiian islands. Located at the beautiful Ko Olina Resort on the Leeward coast of Oahu, Paradise Cove features brilliant sunset views from our 12 oceanfront acres.
Venue
Paradise Cove wedding venue is very versatile. Surrounded by tropical gardens, blue lagoons, rugged coastlines, and majestic mountain ranges, Paradise Cove wedding venue offers unique and distinct locations for your ceremony, Ocean Garden, Paradise Cove Beach, Beach Garden, Imu Garden, The Point at Paradise Cove, and Paradise Cove Crystal Chapel. Tess and Brian selected Ocean Garden for their celebration and held both the ceremony and reception all in one place. The view from this venue is breathtaking; it created a perfect setting for their special day.
Entertainment
Hawaiian weddings are full of traditions and special performances that pay tribute to the ancient Polynesian history and the sacred spirit of Aloha. It is crucial to bring knowledgeable vendors to ensure the best experience.
Jestin Nainoa Heffernan, the local celebrity, comedian, performer, and emcee, performed a sacred wedding ceremony and provided DJ services along with his team. Jestin is a true professional when it comes to working with the public and guests. I can not recommend him enough for special events and celebrations.
Ono Kine Entertainment is another local entertainment vendor that has established itself over the years as a great source of all sorts of Hawaiian entertainment including hula dancers, Hawaii DJs and musicians, emcees, etc. For Tess and Brian's Paradise Cove wedding, we had a ukulele musician, hula dancer, and Tahitian dancer.
Catering
Tess and Brian selected Kenekes to provide their wedding catering services. We had all sorts of deliciousness starting from the cocktail hour pupus such as island fruits, shoyu poke, shrimp cocktail, and BBQ pork skewers and ending with prime rib and blackened ahi station.
A custom-design wedding cake was provided by A Cake Life whom I selected for all my wedding cake needs. We also ordered Milk Dip and Macaroons from La Tour Cafe. Those mango macaroons were a hit!
Floral and Decor
Handpicked Hawaii provided gorgeous flowers for the wedding reception. And Cindy's Shop prepared kukui nut leis and corsages.
Big Island Tents provided pretty much the rest of the setup with tents, tables, chairs, and linens.
Photography
Last but certainly not least, Shannon Sasaki Photography captured all the memories for this Paradise Cove wedding of Tess and Brian. Working with Shannon was a pleasure and I am glad we got to experience her service firsthand.
