Planning the Perfect Wedding at Kualoa Ranch

Kristle and Jim are natural planners, so preparing for their special day wasn’t stressful—it was so much fun! They approached every detail with thoughtfulness and precision, which made the process a joy from start to finish. Their chosen setting, Paliku Gardens at Kualoa Ranch, was the perfect place for both the intimate and the grand parts of their day.

In the early afternoon, they shared a private ceremony with only their closest loved ones. Later that afternoon, the rest of their guests arrived to join the celebration, and that’s when the party truly began.

Instead of following the usual routine of seating guests before a big grand entrance, Kristle & Jim kicked off the party right away. From the very start, the energy was high, the smiles were wide, and it was clear this was going to be a true celebration.

What stood out most wasn’t just the gorgeous setting or the thoughtful details—it was the love that radiated from every guest surrounding the couple. The joy in the air was contagious, and it was easy to see how cherished Kristle & Jim are by their community.

The coulple was also so thoughtful with the little details. For a late-night snack, they treated guests to ramen to-go—such a fun and practical surprise after hours of dancing. And their party favors? Personalized honey jars, a sweet and creative touch that left everyone smiling as they took a piece of the day home with them.
